UPS - Package Delivery Driver $16-$35/hr
Job Summary:
UPS is hiring immediately! No experience required. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor role where you will be responsible for lifting, lowering, and carrying packages weighing between 25-35 lbs, with some packages reaching up to 70 lbs. You will interact with customers daily while driving a delivery vehicle. A DOT physical exam is required, and a valid drivers license is essential. Responsibilities: Deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner. Lift, lower, and carry packages weighing 25-35 lbs, and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Maintain excellent customer contact and communication during deliveries. Ensure the vehicle is loaded correctly and safely. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle. Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
Qualifications and Experience:
No previous experience required; training is provided.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs.
Must pass a DOT physical exam.
Must possess a valid drivers license from the state of residence.
Some facilities may require the ability to drive a delivery vehicle with a standard (manual) transmission.
Strong customer service and driving skills.
