Director - Financial Planning & Analysis

Description: • Play a crucial role in driving internal & external financial reporting, strategy, and decision-making processes. • Lead a team responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. • Manage the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management. • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence within an accounting firm. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis.
