The New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) applies cutting-edge technology to operating a reliable electricity system, managing competitive markets for wholesale electricity, and planning for the Empire State's energy future. The NYISO invites applications for a full-time intern on our IT Infrastructure team.

Focus on configuring and developing functionality within the ServiceNow platform
Create workflows to automate processes
Perform no-code/low-code development for new features
Support the transition of legacy systems into ServiceNow
Expand attributes within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database
Create processes to maintain core data within the platform
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Computer Science or related discipline
Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
Hybrid work model with local presence in Albany, NY area
Requirements
Knowledge of JavaScript
Fundamentals of database design and data management
Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program focused in Computer Science or related discipline
Familiarity as an end user of ServiceNow a plus
