About the position

The Regional Processing Manager at Pulte Mortgage is responsible for leading a team of Loan Processors to expedite loan approvals and ensure timely closings for customers moving into their new homes. This role emphasizes driving efficiency and effectiveness within operations while fostering a positive team culture and employee engagement. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify productivity opportunities and coach employees to develop their skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Loan Processors to expedite loan approvals and ensure timely closings.

• Identify efficiency and productivity opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional managers.

• Drive results through effective leadership of the team's pipeline.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience in mortgage fulfillment or a similar financial field.

• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, guidelines, and practices.
