Responsibilities
Process internal and external requests to modify ownership deeds and other paperwork associated with ownership records.

Perform research to determine if proper documentation has been received for property transfer functions.

Assess documentation in accordance with local real estate, title, legal regulations, and company policies.

Monitor and respond to inbound customer and client communications via email and voicemail in a timely manner.

Record and store information using computers with business processing software.

Identify issues and escalate them to the appropriate person or department.

Keep team leads, managers, and directors informed of trends, issues, or status of work.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Anticipate and address owners' service needs.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others to support team goals.

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; recommend and implement new ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.
