A Multi-State Medicare-Focused Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced person to recruit and acquire agents and agencies. They will also train and oversee the remote sales staff of a fast-paced, rapidly-growing agency. There is a unlimited opportunity for the right individual who wants to work hard and put the time in. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage insurance sales operations, focusing on Medicare products. • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets. • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. • Conduct outside sales activities, including negotiations and presentations. • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes. • Collaborate with team members to enhance sales administration and support efforts. Qualifications • Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly in Medicare products • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to excel in outside sales and retail environments • Proficiency in sales administration and analysis • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus • Familiarity with marketing, customer service, and HIPAA regulations • Experience in benefits administration and telemarketing is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
