Remote Customer Service Representative at Southwest Airlines

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the companys database.
Achieve or exceed performance goals for service quality, productivity, and attendance.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain effective in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable using computer systems and customer service software.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
