As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Youll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.

Work collaboratively with the team to resolve complex customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus.

Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
