Youll be engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions with a personal touch.
What you will be doing:
Engage in live chat with customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions, ensuring a seamless experience.
Offer support for various queries, ranging from product information to troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Participate in training to understand the products/services thoroughly and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
Rate:
$35 per hour. Requirements:
Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.
Skills/Background Needed:
No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a patient, customer-focused approach.
