PURPOSE

This Position is responsible for launching innovative and existing BVI implantable ophthalmic devices to relevant Cataract and LASIK surgeon's and centers. This includes call points to established as well and new targets, not excluding Hospitals, ASC's & private office-based surgery suites.

Key Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
?? Build relationships with new targets and continue to maintain established accounts by offering BVI's unique portfolio and effectively present to both large and small audiences. Use of electronic sales platforms to prospect and plan calls to reach sales objectives.
?? Demonstrate and disseminate clinical information within the medical providers clinic or operating room. Recommending updated techniques or newer devices to stay current within the everchanging landscape to increase better surgical outcomes.
?? Strategically position BVI unique implantable devices with marketing guidance to customers and end users with a high degree of sales competency.
?? Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to enter and track customer data and activity.
?? Use sales reports, data, and analysis to make informed targeted decisions. Recognize local competitive landscape to understand market trends and set short/long term goals.
?? Collaborate with other BVI employees to find additional ways to deliver BVI's full portfolio of products.

Qualification
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
?? Knowledge of Microsoft Office's suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
?? Skilled in consultative selling.
?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Can clearly convey sales messages across a variety of key stakeholders, including surgeons, office, and surgical staff.
?? Ability to analyze sales reporting and data to make well informed decisions on territory strategy and customer engagement.
?? Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
?? Ability to resolve complex issues with a high degree of initiative.
?? Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
?? Self-starter with the ability to plan and manage time to achieve desired results.
?? Works with a high sense of urgency to meet and exceed company and customer expectations.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
?? Bachelor's degree in Business and/or related medical field and 3 years' selling experience in health care; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
?? Ability to legally drive a car
?? Effectively use a laptop
?? Use a telephone and other mobile devices
?? Stand or walk for a least 2 hours at a time
?? Lift up to 20lbs
?? May require frequent and overnight travel
