Entry Level Chemical Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-05-22

Are you recently out of school with a chemical engineering degree or an entry-level CE looking for your next new adventure? Not thrilled about being a process engineer or working for one of the large refineries? Want to put your skills and knowledge to work in a different way? How about joining a technology company in the Oil & Gas field digitizing plants through data integration, CAD... digitization, 3D mapping, and our cutting-edge Digital Twin platform?

If you're eager to learn the business, travel, and gain experience with a variety of customers, we want you on our team!

BUT FIRST, HERE’S A LITTLE ABOUT US:

We're not your average team, my friends. We're a remote-first, globe-trotting bunch of CAD pros, engineering geniuses, field experts, software wizards, and solution champions. Are you ready to immerse yourself in the world of digitization and be part of a team that transforms industries? Look no further! Get ready to join a team that brings digital miracles to life! Check us out here:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Prepare yourself for a wild ride! As part of our team, you'll be involved in some mind-blowing brownfield digitization service projects, including:
• Performing the art of P&ID Revalidation (Walk-downs) using the magnificent powers of 3D Laser Scan data, photos, and enchanted field walks. It's like turning everyday objects into digital gold!
• Supporting Sherlock Holmes-level asset identification projects in a 3D Model. Trust us, it's like discovering hidden treasures in a digital treasure map!
• Becoming part of our global dream team, where together we'll conjure Digital Twins in the realms of Brownfield Oil and Gas and Chemical facilities. Brace yourself for a journey beyond imagination!

NEEDED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

If you're ready to bring your A-game and a spark of enthusiasm, we want to hear from you!

Here's what we're looking for:
• Wield technology like a sorcerer's wand, masterfully using an iPad to cast away paper drawings, navigating projects with digital grace and efficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset. You should be able to harmonize with the team like a Jedi Council, working in perfect sync to maintain balance in the galaxy.
• A 'team-first' mentality that meshes well with our team spirit. We're all about high fives and an occasional dance-off.

Of course, you should also be tech-savvy. If you're a whiz with Excel, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and other fancy tech tools, you'll fit right in. Oh, and did we mention we love curious minds? Be ready to learn new skills and tech. We're all about growth and adventurous discoveries!

MUST HAVES

To embark on this epic adventure, a few requirements are essential:
• A degree in Chemical Engineering. We’re looking for someone eager to dive into the world of technology with boundless curiosity and a passion for learning. This is your opportunity to grow and make your mark from day one!
• Experience or exposure to the mystical art of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Whether you’ve mastered it or simply crossed paths with it, your understanding will be key in deciphering the blueprints of industry magic!
• Must possess the power to work in the United States legally. Your journey to digitize begins here!
• Must have or be able to obtain a magnificent TWIC card. It's like having a backstage pass to the realm of industry wonders!
• Be ready to embrace the drug testing requirements imposed by our on-site clients, including the occasional surprise pop quiz, known as random drug testing, that keeps life interesting. It's like a game show where the prize is a clean bill of health!
• An insatiable thirst for exploration! You must be willing to travel (80-90% of the time) to support our field projects because where's the fun in saving the world without a touch of globetrotting?

NICE TO HAVES
• Hands-on experience in the enchanting world of Oil and Gas and Petrochemical facilities, specifically supporting P&ID Revalidation (Walk-downs)
• Experience with AutoCAD. We're not expecting you to have mastered it all, just enough to create some digital magic.

We believe in taking care of our extraordinary team members and supporting a life-work balance. Here's what we offer:
• A healthy work-life balance that keeps you energized and ready to conquer new challenges. We want you to have time for family, hobbies, and a good cup of coffee!
