Call Center / Sales Representative Compensation
The pay for this position is $25.00 per hour
Call Center / Sales Representative Highlights
Schedule is Monday Friday 8am-5pm PST
Call Center / Sales Representative Responsibilities
Call Center/ Sales Rep making outbound calls supporting Care management Team for CA Market
Fast Paced Call Center setting - making outbound calls to existing managed care members.
Calling existing members and discussing members care / medical reasons for members to sign up for the program.
Enrolling members into Care Management programs
Production/Sales based role - will be monitored on the number of members they sign up for program
Making a minimum of 60 calls per day in a fast-paced environment
Data Entry into True Care EMR system
Call Center / Sales Representative Requirements
Candidates must live in PST or MST time zones
1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment within the healthcare field
At least 2 years of previous healthcare experience required
Sales experience is highly preferred
Bilingual candidates preferred
Technical/computer proficiency with aptitude to troubleshoot computer issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
