Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Manage and update customer accounts. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Escalate unresolved issues to higher tiers when necessary.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
