Job Description

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities
• Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and providing travel information
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer transactions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Continuously update knowledge of Delta Air Lines products, services, and policies
