Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner. • Assist customers with their orders, returns, and product inquiries. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain a high level of knowledge about Amazon’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Document and update customer records accurately in the system. • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient customer service. Requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with technology. • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
