**Description:**

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be the face of American Airlines onboard our flights. This role is essential in creating a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable flying experience for our passengers. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people daily and travel to various destinations around the globe.

**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks, attend pre-flight briefings, and actively participate in safety demonstrations.

– Provide friendly, professional customer service to passengers, addressing and resolving any questions or concerns.

– Serve meals and beverages, and sell onboard duty-free goods.

– Ensure the cabin environment remains clean and tidy throughout the flight.

– Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide first aid as required.

– Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or disabled individuals.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum age of 18 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in safety or hospitality is a plus.

– Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

– Ability to work in a team and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment.

– Physical fitness, as the role involves lifting luggage and standing for prolonged periods.

– Flexibility to work on various schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

– Must be able to relocate or commute to the designated home base.

– No visible tattoos while in uniform (face, neck, and hands, etc.).

– Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is highly advantageous.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High School Diploma or GED.

– Further training or education in hospitality, communication, or tourism is beneficial but not required.

**Experience:**

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
