Description

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while providing top-notch customer service.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure satisfaction

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
