- Provide first call resolution by utilizing company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and provide training and support as needed
- Maintain compliance with state regulations when addressing customer complaints
- Demonstrate excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Exceptional telephone demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and achieve quality scores of 95% or higher
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
