What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate resources as needed
Conduct research using available resources to provide required information to callers
Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
Complete necessary administrative tasks and maintain accurate call logs
Assist with other projects as assigned by the supervisor
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in call center support or customer service roles
Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
