Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to account management, billing, streaming, and content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on Netflix content, features, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus). Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with streaming services and technology. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
