We are seeking an Online Chat Support Agent (Entry Level - Remote) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn about the financial industry. As an Online Chat Support Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing product/service guidance to ensure their financial health. Job Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries through live chat function in a professional and timely manner. ? Guide customers through product features and troubleshoot any technical issues. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns. ? Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Pro Financial Health products and services. ? Ensure all communication and transactions are recorded following company policy and regulatory requirements. Desired Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or equivalent is required. ? Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment. ?
