You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and usability.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for customer service, marketing, and CRM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of D365 applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems.
- Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a D365 Architect, with a strong focus on customer service, marketing, and CRM.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications and ecosystem.
- Experience with D365 customizations, configurations, and extensions.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certification(s).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud architecture.
