Job Description:
My Gym is currently hiring a children?s fitness coach/instructor. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for basic sales, admin and cleaning - we are known for being the cleanest facility in town!
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work up to 25 hours per week, including weekends
- Highly energetic
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in fitness and/or theater (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Effective time management
- Adept sales skills
- Clean background check
- At least 18 years or older
Compensation:
- Starts at $16 per hour with a raise once training is complete and you are a Shift Lead.
- Tips from birthday parties
- Party pay! Receive your hourly rate + tips + $25 per party once fully trained
