We're seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Meeting sales objectives as defined.
Qualifications

- 6 months customer service experience minimum: We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Over 18 years of age: This is a requirement for all employees.
- Ability to type 25 wpm: You'll need to be comfortable typing at a high speed to meet the demands of this role.
- High School Graduate or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Comfort with desktop computer system: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system and navigating various software applications.
- Proven oral & written communication skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- 6 months Call Center experience, preferred: While not required, experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
- Logical problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Availability to work various shifts: We're a 24/7 operation, and you'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems: You'll need to be comfortable using Windows operating systems and navigating various software applications.
- Organization and work prioritization skills: You'll need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
- 6 months sales experience minimum: We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Able to work independently: You'll need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment: We're a dynamic and fast-paced organization, and you'll need to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Ability to stay composed and objective: You'll need to be able to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
- Strong listening skills: Excellent listening skills are essential for success in this role.
- Superior negotiating skills: You'll need to be able to negotiate effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
