Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, although we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and industries.
