Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Chat Support Associate to provide real-time customer assistance through live chat platforms. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing technical support and product information, processing orders and returns, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 1+ years of chat support or customer service experience. You should also possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to type at a speed of 40+ words per minute with high accuracy. Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution skills are also essential, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with a variety of customer issues and concerns.

  • 1+ years of chat support or customer service experience

  • Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with accuracy

Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package to our Virtual Chat Support Associates, with an hourly rate of $17-21 per hour based on experience. You will also be guaranteed 40 hours of work per week, with comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and holidays. Schedule
