About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team at blithequark. As a Live Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in providing real-time assistance to our customers via our live chat platform, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate information to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are highly valued and considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
