Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with business objectives and drives operational efficiency. This role is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Essential Duties: • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment. • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. • Manage Salesforce data integrity through regular audits, data imports, and duplication. • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that support business processes. • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials. • Provide training and support to Salesforce users across departments. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential use. • Manage integration with third-party applications and tools. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. • Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and data management tools. • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex (basic understanding) preferred • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products preferred • Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader) preferred • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) preferred Corporate Summary: At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first – our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
