About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. Your expertise in project management, leadership, and customer success will enable you to coordinate the strategic and technical-operational aspects of our solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and maximizing ROI for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact for customers post-sale, providing support and guidance to ensure effective solution adoption and operational success
- Leverage analytics to proactively engage with customers, improving product adoption and ensuring their success throughout the customer life cycle
- Continuously improve our customer success process by gathering feedback and collaborating with internal stakeholders to generate and execute ideas for enhancement
- Build strong customer relationships to understand their business needs and increase their ROI from our solutions
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to advocate for the voice of the customer and drive business growth
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, providing consistent, timely, and accurate support to customers
- Focus on increasing product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction, while proactively managing churn and conflict resolution
- Provide updates on new features and functionality, identifying opportunities to educate customers on existing and new blithequark Pro Intelligence products
- Attain established objectives regarding quality targets, productivity, and customer file maintenance within our CRM system
- Strong ability to resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide exceptional customer service to external and internal stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 4+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction scores
- 4+ years of experience demonstrating excellent follow-up practices, with consistently high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and/or High Net Promoter Score (NPS) for interactions involving follow-up
- 2+ years of experience utilizing a CRM tool (i.e., Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:
- Both written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish
- Exceptional soft skills, with experience in software implementations, fleet telematics, or fleet management software
- Experience working with dealers or commercial fleet customers in a sales or service capacity
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and identify solutions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships, defuse conflict, and foster customer-centricity
