About the Role: Customer Service Advisor – Spanish Speakers

We're on the hunt for passionate, engaging, and ambitious Customer Service Advisors who speak Spanish to join our specialist frontline team in Bristol. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the real MVP – adaptable, team-spirited, and always ready to jump in wherever our customers need a hand. If that sounds like you, let's talk!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, manage live chats, and proactively reach out to customers to keep them happy and in the loop.
  • Answer a wide range of questions, from basic account info updates to troubleshooting tech issues – no two days are the same!
  • Deliver excellent service across all channels, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Have value-based conversations with customers, taking opportunities to upsell and ensure our customers are getting the most out of our products and services.
  • Juggle various systems, both internal and external, to provide efficient and effective support to our customers.
  • Take on problems with a “Right First Time” attitude, owning challenges and seeing them through to the outcome.
  • Help us get even better at what we do by sharing feedback and ideas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A background in retail, hospitality, or contact-center customer support – what's most important is customer obsession, adaptability, and a drive to grow with us!
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • An ability to excel at building relationships and communicating clearly.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
