About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall success of one of our largest retail customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Success and will be ideally based in Bentonville, AR, or Dallas, TX, with a willingness to travel frequently to Bentonville.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate projects for a single existing client account, developing and executing strategic plans that align with our client's objectives and blithequark's goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and overseeing programs and projects specific to the assigned client account, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring program performance, tracking key metrics and product usage, and reporting progress to both the client and senior management.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues proactively to ensure successful program execution.
  • Owning technical discovery and qualification for opportunities to increase customer adoption and utilization of blithequark's products.
  • Overseeing technical projects ranging from the roll-out of new capabilities, software upgrades, coordination of support requests, integrations, and rollouts of new applications and use-cases.
  • Identifying and presenting to our client how our mobile data capture and augmented reality solutions can improve current business processes.
  • Influencing our product strategy by effectively communicating feedback from our client and working with the product teams to develop new product features.
  • Supporting key partners working closely with our client with product and use-case expertise.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and the client.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you must be a high-performing customer-obsessed problem solver with a strong technical foundation and a strategic mindset. You should thrive in cross-functional environments, navigating between business, product, design, and engineering teams with ease. You should bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, solutions engineering, software engineering, or program management in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • A strong technical foundation, with hands-on experience working with enterprise software systems, ideally within the mobile ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics for stakeholders at all levels, and advanced written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and proposals for both business and technical audiences.
  • A passion for understanding how technology can drive measurable business outcomes, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
