About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to deliver world-class customer experiences to our key account base. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will seamlessly move the customer through their lifecycle, working closely with the sales and Customer Success team to ensure that we deliver value and drive adoption with our biggest deployments. You will need to balance account management with business expertise to lead with strong recommendations for our critical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and retention across our strategic customer base, ensuring long-term partnerships and success.
- Own and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from their investment in blithequark's products and services.
- Champion the customer voice internally by influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales.
- Guide customers through the full lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to executive business reviews (EBRs) and renewals, providing exceptional support and guidance every step of the way.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, building strong relationships that drive long-term partnership and success, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell blithequark's products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of success in managing large portfolios of key accounts and driving growth and retention. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within a SaaS organization, with proven success managing ARR and a large portfolio of key accounts.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Curious and growth-oriented, with a desire to learn, adapt, and embrace challenges in dynamic environments.
- Results-driven, with a consistent track record of achieving both individual and team objectives, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of change and uncertainty.
- Commercially astute, with skills in negotiations, objection handling, and driving ARR growth, and a deep understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to support enterprise accounts in delivering measurable value realization across global teams.
- Proven ability to build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward successful outcomes and long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with executive sponsors and IT professionals, with the ability to balance account management with business expertise and lead with strong recommendations for critical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the survey and forms industry, with knowledge of market trends and competitor activity, and the ability to identify opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
