Our career-focused bootcamps have helped 6,000+ graduates land jobs in the industry, with an 87% employment rate.</p><p><br></p><p>Now, we are redesigning our <strong>Software Engineering Program</strong> into an <strong>AI-powered track</strong> that blends strong engineering foundations with the tools developers actually use today.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Curriculum Developer</strong> to join our Curriculum Team <strong><em>on a 1 year contract</em></strong> and bring this vision to life. You’ll work alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), another Curriculum Developer (focused on Foundations), and Product team to create cutting-edge, student-ready curriculum.</p><p><br></p><p>💡 Along with your application, please include <strong>portfolio samples of educational content you’ve created</strong>. You may also be asked to complete a short test assignment after the Introductory Call to demonstrate your approach to writing and structuring curriculum.</p><br> <b>What you will do</b><br><p><strong>Shape the program curriculum</strong>: define skill progression, learning outcomes, and ensure the curriculum reflects real-world software engineering and evolving job market needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Develop and refine content</strong>: lessons, projects, assessments, and supporting materials that are clear, engaging, and technically rigorous.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Lead advanced/AI-focused sections</strong> of the program, keeping content aligned with how AI is transforming SWE.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Manage and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts</strong>: review their drafts, ensure project-based deliverables meet instructional and industry standards, and integrate their contributions into a consistent student journey.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Translate SME expertise into student-ready curriculum</strong>: turn outlines and technical drafts into polished instructional materials.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Collaborate across teams</strong> — with other curriculum developers, designers, QA reviewers, product managers, and instructors — to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Continuously improve the program</strong>: monitor student feedback, program analytics, and product updates to update and optimize content post-launch.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><span class="ql-cursor"></span>Create</strong> <strong>rubrics, reviewer notes, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation</strong> to ensure smooth delivery for students and mentors alike.</p><p><br></p><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li><strong>Background:</strong> Professional experience in writing, teaching, or developing technical content.</li><li><strong>Technical expertise: </strong>Frontend development (responsive design, accessibility, React with TypeScript).</li><li><strong>Experience designing a curriculum that produces portfolio-ready assets.</strong></li><li><strong>Instructional design skills: </strong>Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, scaffolded learning objectives.</li><li><strong>Full-stack development </strong>(Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs).</li><li><strong>Databases</strong> (PostgreSQL and MongoDB).</li><li><strong>Collaboration tools</strong> (Git/GitHub, Agile practices)</li><li><strong>AI curiosity:</strong> Enthusiastic about experimenting with AI in real-world developer workflows — and excited to teach students how to leverage it responsibly.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with SMEs, designers, QA reviewers, and product managers.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Strong written English and ability to explain technical content in a clear, engaging way.</li><li>Must have existing work authorization in the United States. We unable to offer employment sponsorships in the United States in this season of time.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Professional experience in software engineering</strong>.</li><li><strong>Technical expertise: </strong>Deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and modern DevOps practices.</li><li><strong>Security fundamentals</strong> (authentication, authorization, OWASP basics).</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience with AI tools in developer workflows</strong> (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI APIs, Lang Chain, vector databases, or agent frameworks).</li></ul><br> <b>What we can offer you</b><br><ul><li>Full Time, Remote work, on a 1 year contract.</li><li><strong>Monthly payment range $6000 - $7000 USD (gross)</strong> based on core curriculum writing experience, practical teaching background, and basic knowledge of the subject matter.</li><li>Digital office.
