Offline work will include data entry, backorders and off-phone activities as needed. As a Call Center Agent, you are responsible for ensuring superior service for our customers, members, and Health Plan partners. Call Center Agents will also be held accountable to call center service level standards as well as flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programs and associated performance metrics. Call Center Agents will help furnish and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring all actions are in complete alignment with CVS practices, policies and values as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements.Opportunities for cross-training on additional services and benefits tasks, as well as programs across the broader Retail Customer Care team, will be provided to support business need.</p> <p>This is a remote work from home role.The hours of operation are 7 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 11:00pm ET.This role starts at $17 per hour.</p> <p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li> <h3>1+ years of customer service experience</h3> </li> <li> <p>1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have a dedicated, work-from-home space, free of distractions</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to maintain a consistent, reliable, and stable internet connection</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work in a structured, fast paced call center environment</p> </li> <li> <h3>Ability to work well with others</h3> </li> <li> <p>Internal colleagues must be in good standing to be considered</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in use of call center technologies/applications</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in a call center environment is highly preferred</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Education</h3> <p>Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.</p> <h3>Pay Range</h3> <h3>The typical pay range for this role is:</h3> <p>$17.00 – $28.46</p> <p>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
