**What You'll Do**
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing top-notch support via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing service with a smile and practicing our core value: 'Think like a customer'
* Helping customers find the right product and service by proactively assisting them online and offline
* Being the first contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written
* A Bachelor degree or academic level
* A super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment while being in touch with customers
* A dynamic and flexible personality
* A real team player and a great addition to our amazing team
* Solution-oriented mindset and you excel in problem-solving in a creative way
* Experience in Customer Service or with Adobe InDesign skills is a plus!
