Job Overview

The Customer Engineer role at blithequark is a critical position that involves working closely with Enterprise customers and partners to develop and implement large-scale applications based on blithequark's cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enterprise customers and partners to design, develop, and deploy large-scale applications (e.g., 1M+ users) using blithequark's visual development platform
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including solution development, architecture, and infrastructure planning
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor your approach to meet their unique requirements and goals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer engagement and support
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software development, application architecture, and AI-driven workflows, and apply this knowledge to drive customer success and growth

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar field, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including individual contributors and CXOs
  • Familiarity with software product development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies, and at least one frontend development language (e.g., Flutter, React, Angular, etc.)
  • A solid understanding of application architecture, including infrastructure and platform stack for large-scale applications
  • A strong understanding of how AI can accelerate application development workflows and improve customer outcomes
  • Based in the Central or Eastern US timezones, with a willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with visual development platforms, such as blithequark's technology
  • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team, with a strong understanding of cultural and time zone differences
