About the Role

As a German Speaking Customer Sales Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing support and assistance via phone and email. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns before, during, and after the booking process.
  • Multichannel Customer Support: Provide support via phone and email, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge of our products and services to create a positive customer experience, promoting our brand and building customer loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve our goals and continuously improve our customer satisfaction levels.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Full Proficiency in German: You must be fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English: You should also be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales and service-oriented environment.
  • MS Office Tools: You should be proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Remote Work Readiness: You should be comfortable working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
