We are now seeking an experienced Customer Data Analyst with French language proficiency to join our team and play a key role in driving business excellence.

Job Overview

As a Customer Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our Sales Department to receive and process accurate customer data, propose solutions to improve processes, and ensure timely setup of customer accounts. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to learn new tools will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with the Sales Department to receive and process accurate customer data, including CarForm processing and customer account setup
  • Propose solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently, leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of business operations
  • Correct and timely setup customer accounts, including creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct applicable internal control processes for customer accounts, including protection against fraud risk and identification of suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo)
  • Ensure traceability of financial transactions and participate in auditing processes related to customer accounts, self-assessment of internal control implementation, and collaboration with auditors and internal controllers
  • Implement action plans for internally identified non-compliance points and issue reports requested by partners, customers, or managers, according to agreed-upon dates in operational calendars
  • Create missing procedures and update existing ones for processes within the area of responsibility, ensuring that our processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of French (minimum B2 level)
  • Comfortable using English in a professional context
  • Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies
  • Intermediate Excel and Office suite skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Team-worker attitude, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be an advantage in this role:

  • Previous experience in a data analysis or customer service role, preferably in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, such as data visualization software or statistical analysis tools
  • Experience with process improvement and implementation of new processes or procedures
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to think critically and analytically
