Our team is passionate, diverse, and collaborative, and we're committed to making every Catawikian feel welcomed and empowered. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving complex challenges. You will work closely with our sales and expert teams to ensure seamless communication and a world-class customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing timely and effective support to customers via various channels (chat, email, phone, social media) * Resolving disputes and complaints between sellers and buyers * Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and identify areas for growth * Analyzing customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive improvements **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.) * Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Willingness to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week * Flexibility to work at least 2 weekends a month and on some public holidays **What We Offer** In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer: * A competitive Annual Gross Base Salary of €18,000-€23,000 depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience * Health Insurance from day 1 (including dental coverage), with access to multiple hospitals and clinics and a vast wellness network * Work From Home Allowance to help with your monthly household bills * Commuting between your home and our office is covered by blithequark * Amazing Office right in the centre of Lisbon **Why You'll Love Working with Us** At blithequark, we're passionate about creating a visible impact, learning and growing together, and celebrating life's moments.
