**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Product Owner – Customer Retention and Growth Strategy Development, you'll be responsible for:
* Defining the product roadmap for customer retention and growth strategy development
* Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and drive execution
* Analyzing customer touchpoints throughout the policy lifecycle to identify areas for improvement
* Developing and maintaining comprehensive product roadmaps, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Facilitating and managing the development of strategic goals, success measures, tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets
* Effectively monitoring and managing scope changes to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and aligned with portfolio strategic themes, objectives, and key results
* Creating and maintaining stakeholder plans, including communication strategies and issue management
* Developing and maintaining business cases, including cost/benefit analysis and justification for undertaking projects, portfolios, or programs
* Gathering and refining understandings of customer and stakeholder needs into holistic visions, roadmaps, and/or prioritized program backlogs/task lists
* Eliciting, specifying, validating, and negotiating requirements and tasks to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software, systems, processes, products, and services
* Developing comprehensive features/stories with clear acceptance criteria
* Effectively applying theoretical and real-world knowledge of Agile values, principles, and methodology
* Upholding Agile core values and principles, including collaboration, team self-organization, continuous improvement, and flexibility to adapt to emerging business needs
* Participating in and/or coordinating Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile ceremonies
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Fluent English skills
* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum 3-6 years of work experience
* Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and agile methodology skills
* Ability to facilitate and manage the development of strategic goals, success measures, tasks, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets
* Ability to effectively monitor and manage scope changes to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and aligned with portfolio strategic themes, objectives, and key results
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with Agile tools and methodologies
* Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Power BI
* Ability to prioritize work items to support business needs and proactively facilitate tradeoff communications based on priority and capacity limitations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the insurance industry
* Familiarity with customer experience and retention strategies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies
