**About the Role**
As a CPC Processor Customer Support & Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
* Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
* Proficiently navigating Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
* Working in a high-volume production environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
* Ability to work in a high-volume production environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with medical records
* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
