About the Role

As an SEO Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will be expected to work in AEST and collaborate with our fast-moving team to build new products and features, ensuring seamless customer interactions and resolving complex technical issues. To succeed in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of SEO principles and practices, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend daily scrums to stay updated on project developments and contribute to team discussions
  • Test specific product categories within the dashboard, reporting on usability issues, bugs, workflow problems, and other technical concerns
  • Communicate with clients via live chat and our virtual office to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide timely support
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead product demos and customer onboarding calls to educate clients about our products and services
  • Discuss product issues with the team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Adapt to the role as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow with the company

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
