About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Customer Experience to lead the strategic planning and implementation of industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our premium clients. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a strategic mindset and operational rigor, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will report to our DashPass and VIP Experience Lead and will be responsible for setting the direction of our DashPass and VIP businesses, understanding what drives business success, and developing strategies to optimize key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives for premium clients
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and analytics, to set and track key metrics and develop strategies to optimize them
 - Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies in a timely and impactful manner
 - Forecast and report on core success metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and operations teams
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our customer experience offerings

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
 - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership or management position
 - Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer experience
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a technology or logistics company
 - Knowledge of SQL and Excel, with the ability to pull and analyze data to inform business decisions
 - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations
 - Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in customer experience, with the ability to apply this knowledge to continuously improve our offerings

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
