About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Germany, reporting to the Director, Customer Success Engineering. As a key member of the EMEA Customer Success Engineering organization, you will play a crucial role in driving value and customer outcomes across all segments. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their goals, and your passion for innovation and customer success will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive value and customer outcomes, ensuring that our customers achieve their desired results and maximize their investment in blithequark's solutions.
  • Engage with large customers through technical workshops, providing them with recommendations tailored to their environment, with the objective of increasing their Value Realization and driving business growth.
  • Present at customer events, such as blithequark User Groups, sharing best practices, experiences, and recommendations around blithequark technology, and demonstrating your expertise as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver internal technical sessions to Customer Success Managers, helping them drive technology adoption at scale through training and building adoption playbooks, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Engineering, and Support teams across blithequark, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring that our customers benefit from the collective expertise of our teams.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of work experience in similar customer-facing positions (e.g., Solution Engineer) within Enterprise-level businesses, with a proven track record of driving customer success and value realization.
  • The ability to frame and simplify complex content and messaging for various audiences, including technical, management, and executive stakeholders, and to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • The ability to understand technology and translate it into business implications, driving value realization conversations and helping customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Native German and English language skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you will need:

  • Expertise (SME) in 2 or more areas among: Internet & Routing Protocols, Internet & Security Technologies, Authentication & SAML/Identity Provider systems, Web-based security & infrastructure solutions, Traffic Forwarding & Policy-based routing concepts, with a deep understanding of the technologies and trends that are shaping the industry.
  • Evidential experience in discovery and influencing skills, leading to high impact on customer adoption and Value Realization, with a proven ability to drive business growth and customer success through strategic planning and execution.
