About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations Specialist to handle inquiries from international investors. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on client support and consultation rather than sales. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building trust-based relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming inquiries from international investors via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Managing WhatsApp communication and phone calls to ensure prompt and effective responses to client queries
  • Understanding client needs and building trust-based relationships through exceptional customer service and support
  • Organizing and conducting Zoom calls to facilitate communication and collaboration with clients
  • Entering and managing data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve client issues, and to continuously improve our customer support processes

Who We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native English speaker or C1 level proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong understanding of investment instruments and terminology, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working with CRM systems, with the ability to enter and manage data accurately and efficiently
  • A fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies, and to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
