Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate communication between clients, sales consultants, and install crews
• Serve as clients main point of contact from beginning to end
• Schedule site visits, installations, and job walks
• Track project milestones and deadlines
• Maintain up-to-date project records in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Place material orders and upload relevant documents
• Collaborate with internal team members to keep projects on track
• Provide timely updates to clients as needed
• Offer Sales Support
• Answering Phones
• Lead Qualification & Scheduling
• Collections
• Data Entry
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic about providing great customer service
• Able to work within a collaborative/team environment
• Not afraid of confrontation/delivering non-ideal news
• Ability to manage client expectations while remaining empathetic and professional
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or willing to learn
• Prior experience in project coordination, construction, or home improvement is a plus, but not required
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

• $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
