**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound consumer contacts in a lively, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging manner
* Reading, writing, and speaking in French at a Professional (fluent) working proficiency
* Engaging in both verbal and written communication
* Utilizing technology to help consumers, including Salesforce, the internet, digital knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides
* Providing excellent service to each consumer, even in high-volume situations
* Representing the blithequark brand through our outstanding tone of voice
* Agreeing to the planned schedule, including breaks, shift start times, and shift end times
* Meeting performance expectations with post-contact survey results and daily efficiency
* Working on Black Friday and Cyber Monday to support our most dedicated fans
* Participating in occasional in-person engagement opportunities with your teammates in Tempe

**Requirements**
* 1+ years of experience in giving premium customer service and/or inbound sales, preferably in a retail environment
* Confidence to make your own judgments about what is right for your consumer
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Comfortable with virtual assessments and having access to a secure Wi-Fi network
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and one-team environment
* Fluency in French, both written and spoken
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a contact center environment
* Knowledge of Salesforce and other customer service software
* Ability to work in a hybrid work model, with occasional in-person engagement opportunities
* Experience working with children or families
