**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across multiple ecommerce platforms. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent time management and planning skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of customer experience agents to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient communication. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide white glove service to clients across multiple ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Ebay
* Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients
* Assist Analytics in reports and data downloads
* Collaborate with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments
* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients with their needs
* Effortlessly collaborate with all blithequark team members
* Work closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game
* Handle fires and learn new technologies/marketing techniques when required for growth, all within a wrapper of high ethics and responsibility
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
* Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
* Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
* Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges
* Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and being part of a fast-growing company
* Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform preferred
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
* Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the ecommerce or Amazon platform
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity
* Familiarity with project management tools and software
* Experience with content creation and scheduling for social media platforms
