Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Order entry and management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
  • Coordinating order shipment, invoicing, and freight quotes to ensure seamless delivery of our products
  • Providing first-touch customer and sales representative communications via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering product support, including basic troubleshooting, to help our clients get the most out of our products
  • Managing outbound PO communications and inbound/outbound logistics with carriers to ensure efficient delivery of our products
  • Fielding customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating shipping and stock transfers, as well as sample fulfillment, to meet the needs of our clients
  • Responding to customer sales inquiries, providing information on our products and services, and promoting our brand
  • Conducting stock level checks and communicating shipment status changes or issues to sales representatives for resolution
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations to support the success of our team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Great time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support
  • Knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures, with experience in coordinating freight quotes and managing inbound/outbound logistics
