Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
  • Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone, ensuring reliable technology for remote work.
  • Be available to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
  • Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday, with flexibility to accommodate varying shift schedules.
